Supporting Children and Families Around the World

My name is John Rozean, and I am an educator and researcher who cares deeply about how education, safety, and access to technology shape people’s lives. Outside the classroom, I work with partners abroad to support children and families in practical, direct ways.
Right now I am running three GoFundMe campaigns that focus on education, safety, and access to basic tools in East Africa and the Philippines. On this page you can learn what each campaign does and how even a small gift can make a real difference.
In this campaign, I am partnering with local leaders in Uganda to help keep children safe, in school, and supported.

This campaign focuses on orphans and vulnerable children in East Africa who need both daily nutrition and consistent access to schooling.

In the Philippines, many mothers struggle to stay connected in emergencies or during severe weather because they do not have reliable ways to keep their phones charged. This campaign focuses on providing power banks so that communication and access to information are not cut off when they are needed most.
Your support helps purchase and distribute power banks and related equipment to mothers who need them most.
