To be honest, it is really hard to find a vision; because that would require that I believe that what I am doing with this site may have some impact on the 'Tiger' that has been raised since its birth created in the form of legislation with the Telecommunications Act of 1996. While the effect of that particular virgin birth was not immediately recognized, its effects have taken full effect today -- whether its current effect was desired or undesired when lawmakers and politicians put the Act into law, its effect is a terrible tiger that will consume our basic Constitutional rights someday.

While the Act is full of a bunch of legal mumbo-jumbo and technical jargon; the effect, of the Act, is quite simply that news organizations have become businesses, monopolies, and corporations owned by a wealthy elite of the very few , and this tiger is driven by factors largely motivated by profit motives.

Another effect seems to be that the journalistic standards of accuracy, truth, and making a clear distinction between fact and opinion, have been cast to the wind, dwindling away into nothing over time as they converge toward simple opinion, editorial, and eventually...propaganda for the elite. As a teacher, I spent many an hour trying to explain to reading students the difference between fact and opinion; however, on many occasions I felt a bit of conflict with some of the answers that particular textbooks presented as instances of either case. In actuality, it is very hard to tell the difference in a lot of situations. And news organizations today seem to have mastered ways to make it even harder for even skill technicians of the field, like myself, to tell the difference.

I hate social media posts that pontificate about the particular poster's credentials and experience, so I am not going to do that. I am very open about myself, and credibility can easily be established with a quick Google search of my name. But in any case, I have experienced such an incredible amount of cognitive dissonance when I observe today's media mechanisms, a large part due to my experience in this arena, as well as my mental disorder -- largely related to military service, what is best labled as PTSD.  But in any event,  I've began this website as a mechanism of therapy. Perhaps just knowing that I have tried to do something to spread awareness of this phenomenon that does exist in the media mechanisms of today  will help me to heal and eventually lead a normal life.

In any case, I wish that the visitor to this site would simply keep an open mind and use the intelligence that God gave every human being to be able to discern the point in fact, and that the user would be able to apply these God-given-lessons to a greater ability to properly critique the powerful information mechanisms that are misleading us so far away from the ideals that America is built upon, in particular -- an attack on our Constitutional Rights.
