This section is designed much like the preceding pages to the main text of a book, including the title, table of contents, and overview that provides the reader with the purpose and viewpoint in which this handbook was written.

Part I: Laws and Regulations

In this part, laws and regulations will be discussed, specifically exploring how new technologies have effected these laws. The section will conclude with a list of "Best Legal Practices" that address Veteran's Day media interactions with facilities that cater to troubled veterans.

Part II: Ethical Guidelines

In this section, professional codes of ethics relating to journalism, public relations, and military service will be explored. Common themes will be identified and applied to the a list of ethical guidelines that facility staff members should follow during Veteran's Day media interest and visits. The final section expands on that same concept by listing best practices that can be applied during such holiday media inquiries and visits.

Part III: Existing Controversal Dilemma

In this section, the legal concepts and ethical guidelines will be applied to a real-life situation that occurred on Veteran's Day at a homeless shelter that specifically caters to military veteran's. 

Part IV: Future Digital Communications

This section will attempt to determine the future implications of digital communications, specifically relating to "red letter" dates where media are likely to show interest in facilities that cater to Veterans.
